HOW DOES OUTSOURCING WORK?
To begin the outsourcing process, the client sends us their project, informing us about the items they wish to have in their brand.
ARE THE PRODUCTS EXCLUSIVE TO MY BRAND?
Yes, for each brand we develop a personalized product, following all the needs and requirements set out by the customer.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR OUTSOURCING?
Aiming to serve small entrepreneurs in the cosmetics market, Tecso Cosméticos chose to manufacture from 20kg onwards.
CAN I REQUEST PRODUCT SAMPLES?
Yes, we provide samples to our customers. We do not charge for sample development. The cost for shipping by mail is the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I CHOOSE PACKAGING?
Yes, we have some packaging options. If the customer chooses packaging other than what we have in stock, we send the packaging catalog from partner suppliers and purchase them according to the customer's request.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR SHIPPING THE ORDER?
The average deadline for sending the order is 20 days, and it may be released before this deadline.
IS THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT MY EXCLUSIVITY?
Yes, outsourced products are only sold to the customer who owns the brand.
